Why Choose The Law Office of Polly Tatum?
If you recently lost a family member, let us first say how deeply sorry we are for your loss. Death can be challenging, and Massachusetts’ legal system can make it even more complicated.
Even if your loved one had a will, their estate will likely have to go through a court in probate before their beneficiaries can receive their inheritances. Probate is notoriously time-consuming and expensive. We aim to make it as simple, painless and least costly as possible.
When you’re mourning, the last thing you want to worry about is filing paperwork and spending hours on legalities. Any mistakes during proceedings can prolong the process or lead to additional fees.
At The Law Office of Polly Tatum, we genuinely care about what you’re going through. We will do everything possible to take the heavy legal burden off your shoulders.
Our attorneys have decades of experience, and we take the time to guide you through the process and answer your questions without using confusing legal jargon.
